Responsibilities

  • Gain practical experience in customer solution engineering for elevators and escalators
  • Assist in technical problem-solving and project support
  • Participate in customer interaction and service delivery under supervision

  • Learn safety and operational standards for KONE equipment

Qualifications

  • Diploma, or higher, ideally in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 30 years of age or less
  • 3 years or less of experience
  • Computer Literate – Excel, Word, PowerPoint Point and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding and principles of customer relations and interaction
